Ok, I realized only one horn was working and so I pulled the grill to find a jumper wire from the primary fuse block to the one horn that was working. I noticed a damaged plug so I replaced the harness to get good plugs and remove the jumper wire. Now I have nothing not even one horn. I can hear the relay clicking in the fuse box but I do not have output at the horns. I traced the wires to ensure nothing broke or severed and i see that that go into a little sealed black box off to the back of the fuse box (what is it) is this a fail item? Where would yall recommed I proceed to next. Im usually fairly decent at these kind of things but I am tired and stumped on these rigs. Any help is appreciated have this and door locks and it is 100%
