04 Disco will not start - cold
Ok my dIsco has decided starting is not in the cards today, started and ran fine yesterday, washed the road grime off and sand out of the wheel wells.
Parked overnight in the driveway and no start.
Update Note : I get 3 bings when cranking
Disco turns over strong
Checked :
Can someone direct me to a good post on testing the fuel pump

Checked :
- Interia switch
- swapped fuel pump relay with a spare and the wiper relay still no start
- Tried the lock and unlock 5 times just in case
Can someone direct me to a good post on testing the fuel pump

I believe it is normal, possibly more normal given you mentioned you have some loose connections and you just power washed everything in that general area for the rear main seal job.
Could be related, Just saying...
At least give it a look see.

@Extinct yea it had to be at the bottom of the driveway where it is in the way of everything, and it is very uphill to move it, ah well such is life.
It got too dark to mess around, I will check for spark in the AM and report back. I am going to order a CPS anyway as I have been meaning to get a spare.
I will end up using my Hilft to winch her up and out of the way, such fun.

@The Deputy Moving the Disco was easy - just really shortening up my tow strap and used my brother's jeep to tow it up - some days my mind is just mush.
Could be the connector but I have a new one ordered, if I get a chance I will pull the connector and examine.
It occurs to me I had a couple of slow hard start - turned over more than usual so it may have been slowly failing.
