04 Discovery Turn signals
My Discovery's turn signals will not work when it is very cold, in the teens. You can shift the lever but nothing happen for about a few mintues. Then when it warns up it is OK

Here's where the irony is. Both D1 and D2s use the same turn signal stalk and only the D2s have the problem you're experiencing.
I love my D1 but I would stick with a 04 also.
