Default 11 MPG... on a good day :S

I know this subject is always coming up, so if you have previous threads about it let me know, but I mean, why am I getting only 11ish MPG when I hear about people getting 16-18 MPG???

I just don't get it.. and it's not like I have a super heavy foot either...

Any help??

Thanks!

John-Robert

Hey Disco Mike, what's the "other site"? I've got the same problem with my 03 and want to read this info.

Based on what was posted on another site, it has about 40,000 miles, runs 93 octane and has been serviced as it should.
I told him that other then possible replacement of the air filter, some good fuel additive and possibly a induction cleaning, I did have any ideas.
Whats the mileage on your wife's Disco and what sort of tune related work has been done to it?
Mike
