Default 18" wheels on a '98 Disco

I've been looking into some accesorizing of my Disco. Found a set offive used Land Rover Profile 18" wheels with tires for a great price and was thinking about grabbing them to replace the 16" standard rims. The tires are Yokohama Geolanders with about 80% tread left. Would these fit fine on my 98Disco or would I need to lift it an inch or two forthem to work? I assume I'd be fine but thought I would get some advice before pulling the trigger.

Thanks!

Plus 18" tires dont' work as well off the road or last as long as 16"s tires.
