1996 disco rear water leak

had bad rain last night and found to bad leaks in rear, driping down both sides on to rear shelf brackets, could it be coming through top 1/4 windows? if so how to fix

The alpine windows are prone to leak, if they are leaking, the windows should be popped out cause you may also have a bad case of rust buyilding up around the seal.
