Default 1997 Disco I Rear Window problem

Hi all I own a 1997 Discovery SE7, my both rear windows stopworking, I check the fuses there are ok, the main console looks fine, I change the switchs from the console to the front windows and they work perfect. The both rear window just stop working, before there use to work with some problems, veryirregular.

Can somebody please give a tip what I can do there are half way down, thanks.

Sounds like the circuit board that controls the windows is cracked. Common problem, the solder joints get old and brittle and then crack and then with no connection the windoes wont work.
Pretty easy DIY fix.
I believe that the window circuit board is behind the glove box, but after you find it and remove it just re=solder the broken joints and replace the board and you are good to go.
Otherwise you can look for a used board on e-bay or your junk yard.

Yes, remove the glove box and the circuit board should be right there.
