Default 1998 Discovery Power Seats and Radio

On my 98 Disco both the passenger and driver side seats arent working. I couldn't locate a fuse for it but I noticed a bunch of relays under neath driver side seat. Could one of them control the power seats. If so, which one?

Also my radio is not turning on at all. I do even see the clock displaying on it. Is there a fuse behind the radio? Because I checked the fuse under the dash and that was fine.

I would check fuse 3 (60A) in the engine compartment and fuse 6 under the drivers dash. not sure on your 98 but on my 97 it looks as though the two seats are powered independently, the passenger seat is fused through the ignition switch so the ignition must be on but the drivers seat is wired through the ignition switch and the drivers door trigger allowing this to be operated with the ignition off and the drivers door open. It may be worth it to check all fuses (don't need to check airbag fuses). my schematics show the passenger seat and the radio share the same fuse (20A fuse 6 under dash)
