Default 2 bank misfire and running rough

Hi guys,

I have searched the forum but haven't found a senario quite like mine so here it goes.

2003 Disco, 127k, rebuilt motor at 97k
4 new 02s Jan 15
New crank sensor June 15
New plugs and wires at 105k

As said in the title, I have misfires on both banks, but only cylinders 1 and 2. It's running rough as a cob, and I dare not drive it until I can get this figured out. I verified I am getting spark to the plugs, and the plugs look okay. I'm going to get new plugs in the morning, but just wanted to see people's thoughts on here.

The major complication and possible cause of it all is that I was rear ended this week and the car dented the fuel tank. I have no idea if maybe that caused something to block and injector or what. And thoughts would be appreciated.
Currently these are the codes
P0300
P0301
P0302

That's where I was thrown off. Both banks, and still getting spark from the plug wires. I'm at a loss.

Did a little more work this evening and I think I have it narrowed down to the coil pack. I replaced the number one and two spark plugs and no more p0301, but still got p0302. I pulled the plug wire from 2 and 6 and swapped them, throwing the wire for cylinder 6 to the side for now. So to clarify, wire 2 swapped on coil for cylinder 6, cylinder 6 wire is on the ground. Started her up and cylinder 2 threw the code (duh there is no plug wire on her, but cylinder 6 did not). Am I going down the right path?
