I have been shopping around for a lift and I came upon this set. Is anybody running these?

You're much better off running a 2" OME lift with new coils and shocks.

 

Those are not to be used, especially off road unless you have first replaced your warn out factory coils and springs. All you will land up with is a really top heavy truck with little control using just the spacers.

 

Has anyone tried fabbing a set of the front and rear 2" spacers, I would be very interested in your results as I want to make a set for my future Land Rover.
On another point can any one point me in the right direction to find the dimentions for to make a fully adjustable Land Rover Drop Plate Tow Bar, I'll be towing various things from boats to waste oil bund tanks and the point of doing the self build thing is to try and do as much of the fabrication work as possible and you can use that bit thicker metal when you see fit to do so.
I'm realy enjoying this site from just being a newbee and living in Sheffield, England. The Land Rover concept is very addictive and rewarding passtime and I can't wait to get the build started.
