Default 2 more questions from a newbe

Ok so If you dont know already. I know nothing about land rovers.

So here are my questions:
First off. How do I know if I have a locking center differential?
I saw some other pictures and it doesnt look like mine matches.

Sorry for the blurr

Second. What do these go to?

Yet again. Im completely new to these so give me a little time before ill be able to figure this out on my own.

Picture don't give much help. What year is the truck? If it is a 99,2000, 2001 or 2004 you have a CDL case.

So, do you plan on doing much wheeling with the truck, if so, you can convert your t/case to a CDL case.
Where are you buying your new shaft from?

Nah im not to worried about it. Just hate seeing it sitting this whole time. And I bought a new oem shaft on ebay. And I know oem means no greasable joints. But I dont plan on keeping this truck long enough to see this shaft die.

You probably could have gotten a fully greasable one for almost the same price.

Could have had it rebuilt at a local shop for less than $200 too.

So, big question is, why buy it if you're not going to keep it? Are you just trying to get a quick turn around on it?
