Default 2000 discovery 2 2wd/4wd conversion

I have a 2000 disco 2, and recently the front drive shaft went out, so for a couple days I was driving with it off and rear locked.
ive been looking at the ToddcoSuspensions LT 230 2wd/4wd drive adapter. Has anyone tried this? What’s it take to work?

also I’m not doing it for any mpg gain or anything. Just would like the have the 2wd option rather than full time awd.

I read through that thread and never really saw anything about how to go about this process.

You also asked if anyone had tried it.

Even a quick glance through that thread showed me some general pointers about the installation, including about needing to install the new device inside the transfer case.
