front drive shaft $200
water pump $120
coolant hoses $dont remember.
brakes $200
bought nanocom ($450) to program keys and bleed brakes
also went around changing all the fluids.
awesome 13mpg some times 14. hoping to get a good 4 or 5 years of use out of it. if more then awesome

Hey man good look at finding that clear of rust and damage for a 2000 with low mileage, I'd say be ready for some tlc and little projects to tackle every weekend or so until you tune her just right. Throw a hitch on her and get yourself a little boat to complete the package for a couple thousand more and I'd say that's a happy life right there. Alot of good advice what I've seen and yes 3 amigos and head gaskets among the tops to look for, take her to a good trusted mechanic before you hand over the cash, also if it's a air ride switch that out asap with an OME setup or Terra Firma , and get the lift while you're at it. Try shaving a little off the price and you'll meet somewhere that wont break the bank for a cool little weekend warrior. Cheers man
