mine do that in one of mine in the winter, gets better as it warms up. Most likely dirty contacts in stalk if you search it's been answered, I haven't bothered to dig into it as I don't have many turns before car warms up lol
Holy cow that thing is CLEAN! And one of my favorite colors. As others have said that could fetch big bucks on BaT, but if you are up for you should definitely keep it. Smooth roof is sweet, and with that low of miles it should be a dang reliable d2, especially if you use this forum to bullet proof it ahead of time.
After 35 years, the kids are much more expensive, and I earned every single grey hair!! And they are always your kids no matter how old they are....
Turn signals sounds like a corroded connection, you could check the one at the lower end of the steering column or connections at the relay blocks, but if it gets better, it might work OK after using it a bunch.

I used to have some finicky switches on my boat every spring when Id launch after a long winter layup. Even the tach would be bouncy.
A little electrical grease on the fuses, connectors and tach pickup and that issue has gone away.
