2002 SE Std Fog Lights?

2002 SE Std Fog Lights?
I recently got a 2002 Discovery SE. I can see bulbs in the front fog lights, but they won't turn one when I have the headlights on and car running.
Would this be a fuse situation? I'm pretty sure fog lights are std in this model.

Were you able to check if the bulbs are working? It does turn off when the High Beam is engaged. But if it turns on but turns off when the headlights are on then its grounded somewhere. Check also the switch if it wont turn on. It can be pulled from the socket and get disconnected inside.

Looks like I only need new bulbs. Can anyone tell me how to release the bulb harness? I'm laying under the car blind, so I can't see the disconnector. #3 in figure.

Looks like I only need new bulbs
Spring clips (similar to those in the headlights)
hold the bulb in place. Unhook the clips to
release the bulb from the light unit, then pull the
bulb from the connector. Because access and
vision are severely restricted (these operations
must be carried out largely by ‘feel’), it may be
helpful to first examine the way in which similar
spring clips in the headlight unit retain the
headlight bulb.
Before fitting the replacement bulb, note the
‘flat’ on the otherwise circular shape of the bulb
mounting flange. The flat acts as a key to enable
correct positioning of the bulb in the light unit.

HAHAHA! you wont break something broken. LOL, just be careful not to crack those plastic stuff, but even though, you can just connect the pins directly, in case you end up breaking it. Its old. It breaks, be gentle.

Thanks for the help on this. I took a better photo for those trying to do this in the future. The wire clips need to be pushed down and released to the left and right. I think you can see it in this photo. Very delicate parts. Definitely worth a calm replacement.
