Hey all,

Really looking to upgrade the tyres on my Discovery 2, 2003. It has a 2 inch lift. Am looking at All Terrains because I do a lot of on road driving with the occasional off road. At the moment have some smallish tyres on there (current tires are 235/70/16r). I'd love to hear your recommendations for a tyre size that will fill out the gap I currently see and still perform well on road while of course being good off road when she goes there. I've been recommended some 255/70/16r and would love to see some pictures of this if anyone has! Thanks so much

I have a 2004, same color too, and I am running 255/70R18 with a 2" lift with no clearance issues.

Yes, flares removed, and I still need to remove the adhesive.

 

For 16s on a 2" lift, go with 265/75/16. That will fit perfectly. I would go with BFG ATs.

 

how well does your disco ride with that size? Would you have done anything different? I just lifted mine 3 inch and haven’t figured out size to go to.
