tires for a 2 inch lift
I have a '99 with a 2" lift. Right now, I'm running the Nitto Terra Grapplers in stock tire size because I had to get tires before I got the lift. When my tires are ready to change, I'm most likely going to go with Terra Grapplers in 275/65-18. They are 32" diameter, about 10.8" wide, with a 7" sidewall (roughly).
I like the Terra Grapplers as they handle well on the road and are quite, but they still do well off pavement too. Our D2 is mostly a road warrior (daily driver). And, I've had good luck with them in the snow in the past 2 years... haven't been lucky enough to drive in snow this year.

I also run the 18" rims. I have a 2 inch spacer lift on mine. So probably about 1.5 inches counting the sag in the old springs. I was able to fit 33" BF Goodrich All Terrains on mine. I did have to trim the front bumper just a hair, But it was worth it.

I had my front lifted 2 in, with TSB rear lifts. I'm running on procomp xtreme M/T 265/75/16. Size might work with yr 18 in rims too.
