2003 DII with 300 and 302 codes

RE: 2003 DII with 300 and 302 codes
Atlantic British only sells the 7mm Magnecore wires.
They say that the 8mm wires do not fit the wiring harnesses and flop around and get loose.
Is this true?
Are the 7mm just as good as the 8mm (I know there is 1 mm difference in conductor :-)
Are these really better than going with the LandRover OEM.

cybercop,
It is not true...8mm are a little difficult to replace but they will fit just fine.

RE: 2003 DII with 300 and 302 codes
Got the wires and plugs in and all I can say is AHHH!
This truck hasn't ran this well for a long time, even when the dealer was doing the service. I noticed that the dealer "fixed" a 304 and 306 code by replacing just those wires. What idiots. They charged my wife $210 for labor and $46 per wire each fix. What a rip off. The other wires must have been going bad which accounted for the bad running all this time.
Now for some obversations:
I think it would have been easier to take the IM off!
I don't like the fact that the Magnecore wires are not numbered!
The wire that went to cyl 7 is too short. It is really tight and sitting against the top rear corner of the right valve cover.
It would be nice if they made the wires a little longer and sold a lum kit with them so the wires would snap in easier.
Just a bit of an opinion from a newbie Disco mechanic but a long time MX bike mechanic!
Now to clean the Intake. What hose should I pull to spray the SeaFoam in?
