2003 Disco II fixes

Did they fix the the sticking valves and small other probloms that the 02 and under had?

I think that sticking valves was a Disco I problem.
The Disco II did fix alot of the Disco I problems and
started it own problems the brakes, hill descent and
traction control are the biggest.
