these parts come off and go back in exact fashion. Long pliers or skinny greased arm and hand to reach plug. See attached as well.

Ok, so I am driving home from work friday to change the cks sensor and low and behold, the three amigos visit. they have been coming and going since. I am going to do the type b fix soon.

Sorry I went off on tangent. After two hours, I finally unplugged the sensor. I also cleaned the MAF, flushed the engine and changed the oil with rotella. Drove around for about 30 minutes before it started coding again. I am not sure where to go from here, I have the new coilpacks, so i might just put them in for a hell mary and hope for the best.

As for the misfires, all on the same bank, it is not coils, I have seen this come up before, plugs, wires,02's and coils won't fix it and I cant remember what the cause was in the past, but I see that combination 3 or 4 times a year.

MIKE!!! You gotta remember! That's why we come here!

Seriously, my friend's "04 DII has the same symptoms. Misfire codes for all four left bank cylinders plus 0134, 0135, 1300 and 0300.

He replaced both front O2s a few months ago. I wonder if there is simply a bad connection on the left side. Could also be a bad sensor, although new. I had that problem with mine when I changed them about three years ago. One of the new ones crapped out within a month or so, I recall. I seem to remember hearing about a relatively high failure rate with them.

But the misfires on all four left bank cylinders otherwise has me stumped. Coils don't make sense, nor does it seem likely that all four plugs and wires on the left would fail at the same time (Magnegor 8mm wires, 3-4 years old, and factory spec Champion plugs about 3 years old).

Could an O2 sensor problem on the left hand side cause misfires up and down that head?

I ordered a new MAF, haven't put the coil packs in as I really doubt that is the problem. I am waiting on my O2 sensors to get here also. I am perplexed by this truck, I have a pretty extensive background with vehicles and even tuning them, but geez! Also ordered an ultra gauge, that thing looks amazing! Well, any ideas at this point would help, I feel like I'm just throwing money at it hoping something sticks!

Ok, I've read people are putting dielectric grease in the sensor housing. I did not do that. Maybe I should give it a try, but I'm not looking forward to it at all.

Just a little more food for thought... Fuel pressure low, or low battery performance?

Scotty's a goof, but he does have some pretty helpful ideas:

EDIT: Link fixed.
