Looked under car today to see where leak was coming from and the steering parts are wet. Leaking steering fluid?

After I take out the p/s fluid with a turkey baster, then do I add the uv additive in or keep the p/s fluid in and add the uv stuff.?

Just top it off with the additive.
Only takes a tiny bit and the pump will circulate and mix it
