Good tip there on the pins rusting and seizing. I hadn't pulled up that diagram yet, so it's good to see it all blown up. Truck is coming in to the shop to pull the heads today after work and i'll lift it and check the front housing of the t-case while it is down. Probably will be stuck disassembled for about a week waiting for the machine shop to pretty up the heads

Well i got under it this weekend while i had the car on a rack for the head work and found the source of my issue .
At some point in the past the front driveshaft blew up and wrecked the cdl cable. It is torn open and im sure rusted seized. The main hi-lo cable looks new and I'm guessing they just changed out that one to keep it on the road. Now to try and find just the one cable and get the center lock operational again
