I like the way it looks... not everyone who owns a Land Rover wants to climb mountains and stuff like that. They just like the look of the vehicle, and these rims would make it your own.

Those rims are awesome, but they might be alittle too big on the Disco.

One thing to remember is, if you like it, do it.

:]

Again, I really like the way they look..

Yeah, I think the big wheel fad has shot it's wad. While I can appreciate someone's desire to customize thier ride, especially if it's done tastefully, I'm all for it. But to my eye, that Disco looks ridiculous. Waaay too extreme! I just don't think the Disco body style lends itself well to custom bling mods. It's a LAND ROVER!! Kinda like defacing an original work of art...blasphemy! [>:]But some people just wanna get in your face and make a statement/get a reaction...whatever!

Personally I think the stock 18" on my '03 are the perfect proportions for wheel/tire/vehicle ratio, asthetically speaking. But If I wanted to do a lot of off-roading I'd switch to the 16"rims with the taller profile tires...I'll take function over form anyday.

there is only one company that makes wheels for 5-6.5 not real popular and they are expensive they are the BOZE wheels
you could also do custom made by hre or some one like them

If you want to see some after market bling go to Hamann of Kahn's web sites. They do some interesting tunning and appearance work on Discovery's as well as Range Rovers..........

They are both German so you'll have to do a search to find them . Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But as far as off roading LR knows what they are doing.

People write in asking for advise and something like,"If you like it, do it", isn't a very wise or prudent reply. With time you will learn the what you like and what really works are two different things.
