235/85/16
I think the skinnies look great on the land rovers verses the bigger wider tires. In the past I have always ran a 33/12.50 or a 31/10.50 just want a new look, also will be adding some black stealies soon when I do my lift.
I just put on the 235/85/16 kelley safari tsr's. I had this tire on my jeep and I thought the sipping would be better in the snow rather than the buckshots. Personally If you take at a look at all of the camel trophy rovers they run a skinny tire and they load the roof rack down to the max and don't seem to have any problems, sorta seems these trucks were designed to run skinny tires for off-road. Just my opinion I guess. Anyway, everybody has there own look they want, and I personally just like the taller skinnier one.
Definitely! My in-laws live in Claysville, PA and the wife has cousins in Wheeling so we're down your way at least once a month...
So say you use a 285 that only gives you a 50mm wider stance. Diggers was correct though these were meant for skinny tires, the wheel wells simply aren't big enough for a wider tire, and the wheels are made to go quite deep into the well under compression
