I notice the difference higher up in the powerband, like trying to make a pass when im already doing 70-75mph.
Also on hills I seem to lose steam much sooner.
My suspension is still pretty good, but if your stock springs are tired you may need spacers for the tires to fit. Im going to a 3" rte once the holiday season is over & things have settled out. They do rub a bit now if I hit a bump too fast, so there is no way ill take it offroad until the suspension is sorted. Did some minor trimming too.
A guy could go without re-gearing, but for myself it will definately be the next step after the lift is on.
