Default 265/70/16 on stock height

I just got a set of 265/70/16 General Grabbers AT2 on my D1 that is at stock height, I really don't want to lift it mainly because I'm broke , Is someone running this set up? How do I adjust the turning ratio to avoid the rubbing when sharp turning and what do I need to trim on the back for the wheel to sop slamming when I pass a bump?? help please!!!

You are going to have on going rub and sheet metal damage if you don't lift that truck.
