Default 285/75/18 tire lift?

So I was given a set of 285/75 or 70/18 tires. Would the 2 inch lift be enough?

I'm running 275/65/18 with a 2" HD OME lift and I rub a little on a fully locked left turn.

wheel spacers can fix the turn rub. I've got some laying around from when i was running that set up.
should be fine with articulation, i think i touched my wheel arch a couple of times, but no damage no problem.

FYI a 285/75 r18 is nearly a 35" tire and no it will not fit with a 2" lift.

Well do you go off road at all? It'll take at the very least a 3.5" lift, non-significant cutting, and if you do go off road it'll require diff and half shaft upgrades. If you just drive on the road, 3.5" lift, spacers, and upgraded gears.

I have 285/65s and a three inch lift. I had to move the turn stops out to prevent rubbing. Got tired of that quick. Then I got 2 inch spacers and now they rub when I hit a bump and am turning.

I think you need more than 3 inches, or 3 inches and a body lift. Or 3 inches and a fender cut. My avatar is without the spacers.

The spacers and lift look neat though.

Its a lot of money for gears and axles just to fit some tires. I'd say sell them, and maybe get a smaller size that wont cost a lot of $$$. Like a 32 or 31'' tire on a 2'' lift or a 30'' on stock.

I'm not sure the Comperable size of 18", but I'm running 265/75/16 with NO lift and no rub.

31.5" x 10.75" Just measured.
