Default 3 Amigos + BRAKE warning light

I have 3 amigos plus a BRAKE warning light, they are on all the time.
ABS amigo says Front Right Sensor Bad Output.

Some background:
115K, no sounds from the front wheels to indicate bad bearings, new EBC rotors and akebono pads, no brake squeal or shudder. The lights come on during light braking, I felt a slight bump on the brake pedal and then the dash lit up and dinged. Truck is parked and I'm not driving it until the problem is sorted.

From what I read the first step is to pull the sensor and see if it is chewed up or not, then take it from there.

Even without the squeaking or chirping that would be dead giveaway on a bearing, I'm still thinking hub. Jack up that corner of the truck and see if there's any play in the wheel at all. Also, how's the tire wearing on that corner? Any cupping?

I will jack up the wheel and check for play, I need to pull the wheel to check the sensor anyway. The tires are new (about 200 miles) so it's not showing any wear at this time.

I checked the wheel for play, none.
Checked the sensor resistance and got 1000 ohm, so that's good.
Took the truck for a 10mile test drive and slammed the brakes on dirt in the rain, TC works and no errors.
So at this point I'm puzzled. Keep on driving and see if it happens again I guess, then pull the hub and see what it looks like.

ABS Amigo cleared the codes and all lights are off now.
I also had a 1590 error code - ABS rough road signal circuit malfunction.
At the time I got the 3 amigos I was braking in a right turn and hit a pothole with the right front wheel.

Quick question: to pull the front ABS wheel sensor it looks like I need to pull the front rotor? Rave is kind of scarce on details here.

yes, you should pull the caliper and rotor, it's not that difficult. If you replace the sensor you can just cut the cord of the old one and pull it through; it's easier that way. The new/replacement sensors don't have the connector on them, they hardwire to the computer. You can just thread that back through so you don't have to pull the hub.

At this point I want to check if the end of the sensor is damaged, this points to a bad wheel hub. I put on new rotors in October, so getting them off again will be easy. New sensors don't have a connector - how daft is that?
