Thx. This is what I got for codes.... Cleared the codes, drove a bit, still seeing the 3 amigos, re-scanned, no codes.... I am confused

YUP. I cleared the codes... Lights still on... The only codes it's reading are the ones I screenshot before clearing... When I ran it again, the codes didn't show up again on the reader but 3 amigos are still on... I'm wildly confused

Have you verified the short is not present?

I wish I had more to offer, but this is the first time I recall seeing the "Outlet Valve Short to Supply" fault.

Have you done the option B mod yet? That is the normal short/open switch failure that D2's run in to the on the ABS module.
