Size: 113.3 KBif balanced right that are smooth I drive 70mph every day they sing like a all get out
though they are heavy tires and need weights on inside and outside of rim if your ever in my area
i have no problem taking you for a ride or even letting you drive it that goes for anyone
just so people get real info not just info passed on all over Web from someone that
either had there tires balanced incorrectly or not at all this Is my 2nd set of ssr's
and I have also had 2 sets of til radials that i liked a hair better off road but they
aren't available in a size i wanted for this project and all sets i had where on different.
trucks and only the first set drive like crap until I ran across a guy at a bar and we where lookin at each
others trucks and he asked me about the tires he ended up rebalancing them for me and no more problems I've had him do every set after and never a problem again with swamped ( radials )
I can't speak on bias ply though as I have never owned a set.

Don't you find that they get loud and don't balance well after they get down to half tread? That's always the complaint with super swampers IMO.

I do a rotation at every oil change hasn't been a problem also I don't know if this makes a difference or not but on road I keep them on the full side

That particular swamper is actually a 34" tire if you read the specs on thier site.
Just to chime in, I run 285/75/16 tires that measure at approx 32.5 tall and they are fine in the city and offroad even in low range. I do notice a serious slug factor though when climbing up hills on the hwy etc. not worth the gear swap, especially when that money will need to be put into a head gasket job at some point.
