Food for thought;
We all know the windshield wipers are a hurdle for the d2. My local gas station just took on a new brand of wipers. ( we’re talking a little luggage size cart they roll outside during business hours ) has 15 different lengths of mono blade wipers. And they have about 8 different little adapter clips for different vehicles.

I removed the plastic clip on the d2 arm down to the bare steel and fitted the closest adapter - which fit pretty ok on arm and clipped to new wiper blade.
Ive been running it for 6/8 months. It’s been EXCELLENT upgrade. Would probably be a snap to print a conversion clip from the d2 arm to the wiper blade.

Ill take notice to brand of wipers they are today if anyone finds traction with it.

Looks great! PETG will do the trick for sure.

This is "published" to thingiverse, but I'm new there, so have to wait 24 hours or something. This will be its eventual URL:

You will note my factory-accurate silicone craftsmanship.

I just bought a 3D printer and am having a tough time getting it programmed completely (test prints have mostly been fails)..but as soon as I do I will be doing my best to make a horn button 3D print file. I have 2 trucks with missing horn buttons and it bothers the hell out of me!

I have 2 of them, FDM and an lcd resin printer. Looking to get a third! Take a little to get it dialed in but well worth it.

I’ll try and get the cup holder inserts made, I have 1 I scavenged off a D1 so I’ve got a model of one to go from.

Here's a sunroof guide bushing, my first attempt at 3d modeling anything. You may need to do some fitment/sanding for it to fit properly.

Cup holder inserts are done and up!

There are two separate models. One of which (the V3) is a close representation of the factory cup holder insert. This model takes considerable time and material to complete due to the support structures that have to be built.

The second model (the simple) is an insert which preserves the important geometry but is constructed in such a way to need no support material and it therefore much faster and cheaper to build. Photos below for comparison, I managed to forget to take a picture of the "simple" model, but you can check that out on Thingaverse.

V3 Model with all of the support material. It's easy enough to remove, I printed mine on "draft" quality and it turned out great.
