Angry Is 400-500 rpm idle normal?

I did the throttle body cleaning but still a low idle? It will sometimes hold at 700 rpm but when I drop it in gear it will some times go as low as 400-500 rpm??
Any Ideas...

Is it idling rough, or are you just concerned with the value of the RPMs?

So, it may be time to get back to the basics.
How many miles, what octane, when was it last tuned, were wires replaced and have you cleaned your idle control solenoid yet???

What color are the plug wires and do you have a check engine light on?

Your idle is fine, if its not stalling then dont worry about it.
You wnat your idle to be low when warm, if its to high then you are wasting gas.
The tac on the dash is far from accurate, mine reads 500rpm but my scanner reads 650-700.
