Default 4wd

heres a stupid question, how do i turn the 4 wheel drive on and off on my 2000 discovery. i have looked and looked and i cant figure it out. is it AWD with a high and a low setting or can i switch it to 2wd

Full time 4X4 with high and low.

Basically it is always on. The electronic traction control will kick in automaticaly when needed if you get into a slippery situation.
