64" wide is what is needed to redo a Disco 2 headliner yes?
The fabric was only 54" wide, so I had a seamstress cut it and sew it to give me a piece 64" wide x 108" long.. A center section that was 54", and then two side sections 5" each sewn on. It came out perfect. Here's my headliner:

Headliner question - for those that have removed and replaced their headliner, did you also add silencing material to the roof? Did the old stuff come off easily? I'm teeing this up in the coming weeks and want to have plan to address noise abatement and such. TIA.

I put heat shielding acoustic foam behind the headliner while I had mine down. There was not really any "old stuff" to remove but if you want to clean the residue of the old disintegrated foam off the headliner while you have it out, a wire wheel works perfectly.

Yes, as much as I could fit. The truck is quieter now as it cuts down on wind/exterior noise.

Thank you so much WaltNYC for recommending albrightsupply.com, I just got 67" wide 3 yard, Liberty WEH Extra wide headliner sand gray. That looks like a good match for it and it was $106.04 OTD compared to $316.27 from headliner express

Damn I wish I had went this route rather than Headliner Express. For anyone doing this in the future, would highly recommend using 2-3 people to do it. Very difficult to get it right as 1 person and resulted in a lot of creases.
