Default 7 codes after o2 and MAF replacement

I went to start the disco today and it's running extremely rough with a blinking CEL. The codes are 0130, 1071, 1300, 0305, 0307, 1319 and 1171.

I swapped out the front 02 sensors a few weeks ago and was still getting the 130 code so I then installed a new MAF sensor and the 130 code never went away. It has 113K miles on it. I have also noticed over the past 1-2 weeks, everytime I start it, black soot comes out of the tailpipe and soils the concrete, if that's anymore of a hint of what could be wrong.

Those are cylinder misfires and running lean codes. What happens if you place the old MAF back in it?

I threw it away already. Was that a bad move?

Were you getting those codes before you changed it? What brand did you go with on the new MAF? Did you replace the O-rings?

The only codes I had before changing it out was the 0130 code. I replaced with a Bosch and I did not replace O-rings. Possible that I didn't get it seated right in the plumbing or the clamps aren't tight enough? Would any of that matter?

Can't even find a place to buy a new o ring. AB only has them for Range Rovers

And you surely hooked the cable back to the MAF right?

As someone else quoted on here, "I am mostly an idiot." Nix this entire thread as I just found that the clamp around the plumbing that goes into the throttle body was not tight, causing all of this. The 130 code that I had after the 2 new O2 sensors and MAF sensor is also gone.

Signed,
I am a dumbass

It sure was, and I know I'm an idiot for not checking. Explains the bit of rough idle I've had for the past few days, before it went to horrible idling and felt like running on 7 cylinders today.
