How many miles on it, what octane fuel are you using and when was it last tuned along with wires? 1193 will be for down stream 02's, have they ever been changed. 301 and 308 are cylinder misfires and 1316 is being caused from the misfires.

What brand of wires and plugs, step up to the high octane, you'll get more power and better mileage and replace those 02's. Check Atlantic British and Rover Connection for as good a price as you'll probably found.

When it comes to tuning a Rover, they are hard to please, I'll bet those plug wires aren't helping you.
Go out this evening with a bottle of batter, wet down all the plug wires, start the engine, when it's dark and shake the wires with a stick looking for any sparks.
Best set up is Magenacor 8mm wires and either Champion dual platinum or Bosh Platinum Plus 4's.

Default similar issues solved

a few years back i had a similar issue with some o2 codes and some misfire codes... after changing a bunch of parts, and the codes didn't go away... i finally put a new pressure regulator in and it worked!! no more codes and the beast ran great!

You need a good old fashined tune up, a real tune up, www.apexperformence.net and order the Magnecor plug wires, once you get them on the truck return the ones that you bought at the discount auto parts store, they are defective and you will get your money back.
You may or may not want to replace the plugs too, they should be ok if it has not been to long.
95% od O2 codes on a Land Rover are due to the need of a tune up.
