How many miles do you have on your vehicle? What has led up to it not starting? Any symptoms prior to you replacing the fuel filter?

It is either the fuel pump or the fuel temp sensor.
Put your ear to the floor of the cargo area, have someone turn the key to the run postion, if you hear a electric motor running then the fuel pump is working and it is the fuel temp sensor.

I would check the fuel pressure at the rail, should have alot of pressure if you push the shrader valve.

Take the cap off of the valve and with the engine off, press in on the valve, if you only get a small flow, the pump is bad, if it want to squirt out a couple feet the pressure is good.

The pressure vavle is on the right side of the engine on the fuel rail, it looks like a tire valve.
