Default 99 DII 31x10.50/15 on BMW steel 15x6.5 - Pics

Here are a couple of pictures of my 99 DII with 31x10.50/15 Pro Comp XTerrains. They are mounted on BMW 15x6.5" steel wheels (5x120mm BC). I have NO lift on the rig, and have no rubbing at all.

The wheels needed the stud holes enlarged, as the BMW uses 12mm studs and the Disco uses 14mm studs. This was easily done on a drill press with a bit ground to the correct taper. The rear dust shields needed to be removed, but the fronts cleared. I will be taking the front shields off when I do the brakes, as they are fairly tight to the wheels, and may effect cooling.

I found the wheels locally for $120 on Craigslist, and the lug nuts were $2 each from a local speed shop.[/align]

What are those rims off of? A 328? X3? Would a Bimmer 16" rim work?
Nevermind, you have a DII, I am looking for steel rims for a DI. Looks great by the way. Alpine White rocks. I never was a white car guy but it really makes the black stand out.

You might want to check these out. www.roverparts.com/Parts/DTC100810G.cfm I don't know if they will fit since you are using a different brand but I think they would look good.

Did you replace the spare witha 31x10.5? Does it fit on the back of the truck without relocating the spare mount?

The guy I bought them from thought they were from a 540, but never tried them himself.

I still have the LR 18" as a spare until I can locate another steelie.
