Hello All,
Through parting out an 04 2 years ago and recently doing my 2003 CDL install. I have been through a lot of the rover parts, inside and out.

So guess which 2 parts are stamped with a BMW logo on our Rovers.

Hint: One is interior near the center one is exterior but hidden well.

Oh I forgot this may only apply if you have a 2003-2004, when BMW owned Rover. If I have my dates correct?

around the gear shifter you can see it when the bezel is removed I had a picture but can't find it

in my '03, the seat switches are marked BMW

 

Ok, I didnt see that one, so there are 3. Next clue attached to an exterior fender, but inside the fender.

 

Nah, by that point Ford owned it. BMW sold it to Ford in 2000.

Some of the relays in the underhood fuse box on the 03 and 04 say ford on them. I keep meaning to take them to the Ford dealer and see if they can match them up.
