99 DII link for locking t-case mod?

Default 99 DII link for locking t-case mod?
Is there a link anywhere for installing a DI or '04 t-case lock lever into a '99?

Sure, at the top of this D2 section, look at the write up Josh did on ABS brake repairs and in there he describes installing a linkage for a CDL.
Whih are you using a D1 or 04 style?
