Okay guys sorry about the late response, I bought a house over the summer that took priority. Now that I think of it, buying a house and an 01 Disco around the same time sounds extremely risky haha. Good thing the mortgage company doesn’t know any better. So I called autozone just to be sure and you guys were absolutely right. The rental code reader is wayyyyyy better than the one they use for daily readings. Ill be doing that soon to check out the intermittent 3 amigos but another question that arose today was I’ve been slowly losing coolant from the reservoir. Like 1/2 inch a week, if not less. Heat doesn’t work either. I got a pressure tester and it didn’t lose pressure at all and held at 18-19 psi. Before I bought it the previous owner just replaced the water pump so my theory was that there was voids in the system that have slowly been filled since I bought it. The previous owner literally just replaced it maybe a week or two before I bought it and he’s a huge Disco 2 guy (had 3 of them at his house). Does my theory sound legit? Please feel free to educate me

No heat generally means there is air trapped in the system some place.. Bleed bleed bleed bleed
