Default ABS pump failiure 1 monitor line

Need help, I get fault "pump failiure 1 monitor line"

I replaced shutlevalve AND modulator SWO500040.
Didnt help so replaced SLABS ECU for a used part.
Still having problem and same fault code.

Checked al wiring and conectors, al in good condition.

Is it possible that problem is inside pumpunit?
Eny ideas how to move forward? I have Nanocom.

Help much appreciated
Best regards patrik in Sweden.

Hi Patrik

Lets start from the top.

Exactly what parts have you replaced?

Have you cleared the faults since replacing these parts as they remain resident in the SLABS until you clear them and will show every time you connect the diagnostic kit.

I changed al parts in picture.
And also the WABCO SLABS controler.
Then using Nanocom reseting fault.
Fault comes back immediately and Amigos never disapear.

Fault code is "pump failiure 1 monitor line" but sometimes also "output valve left front short to internal supply"

Pump seams to work ok.

regards, patrik

Do the mod and get rid of the 3 amigos.
Should solve your problem.
It's a sticky in the D2 section.
