Default AC Blower

My AC is only blowing air when it’s in high. No other setting will the air come out but only on high. I have checked the fuses and before replacing the blower, I wanted to see what else I should look for. Someone mentioned to me that it’s probably the “resistor”? Any thoughts?

Resistor controls speed when not on high. Take a look at the rave wiring diagram. Ask Gemini for help.
