Default AC Condensor Bracket Not Properly Seating on 4.0 Discovery

This is an odd problem that I thought I had gotten within specs but seems to have returned. So I purchased a 2002 D2 with an unknown past and got it running but later on in my ownership the head gasket blew. So I replaced the head gasket no problem but did Discover that the engine in it wasn’t the original and that whoever swapped it in used somewhat random bolts here and there. So when I went to put my Ac condensor bracket back on I never could get it to seat perfectly even though I used the exact same bolts I removed. I got it to seat pretty well but not perfect. Fast forward to today and my serpintine belt begins to shred but before installing my new I noticed I could visibly see that the alternator and the ac condenser are not properly aligned and that this was likely putting added tension/stress on my serpintine belt. So I was wondering if there were any recommendations for this other than just tightening all of my bolts on the bracket.
