Any name brand of power steering fluid, try and use a full synthetic if you can find it, otherwise just use a name brand like Castrol or Valvoine.

I used Royal Purple P/S fluid to flush the P/S and ACE systems (3 pints each.) The Valvoline synthetic is getting very hard to find in my area. It is highly recomended to use the synthetic fluid in these systems.

But they can both use the same fluid? I mean if I can find some full synthetic, they can both use that? Thanks!

Yes, the power steering and the ACE on a DII use the same fluid, power steering fluid.

Not nearly enough fluid, you need 8 quarts between the 2 systems and a bottle of Lucas p/s additive.
Send me your number and I'll walk you thru it.
