Default is ACE good or bad?

i just recently bought a 01 and I was told it had the ACE system. However after reading my manual and looking under the hood, from what little I can tell, it does not (i looked for the two separate caps, power steering and ACE and all i see is power steering) So my question is, how much am I missing?

From someone who has ACE, you are missing a lot, on or off road.

that bums me out...
what makes it worse is when we had the hood popped he was telling me how and when to change the ACE fluid all while pointing to what i assume is simply power steering...
i guess i wont know what im missing since its my 1st disco...i just hope i wasnt lied to about other things...although he did have receipts and pics of all the work that had been done which is why i am truly surprised about the faulty ACE claim...

If you dont have two caps on the power steering resevoir then you do not have ACE.

So, with that thought in mind, Rovers are good, till they go bad, so tell us about your experience cause as I see it, watching 4 Rover forums daily, I bet I haven't seen more the 2 points and a leak or two in many years.

Yep, 2 caps on the reservoir. Also, look on the passenger side under the front for the actuator. If it's not there, you probably never had it.

And I agree with Mike, from someone who has it, it rocks.
