Default Advise on cooling system improvements. Pulling boat in 110 deg weather

Soon my D2 will take on the roll of hauling my boat/5000lbs around sometimes really slow on dirt roads prolly in low range.

As it sits now i run between 183 to 190 while at speed not towing. In stop and go traffic ill creep up to 201 to 206.
Highest I've seen was at extended idle,about 20 minutes i hit 216.
Ive flushed the system and did the soft 180 T Stat. Thinking i may as well throw a new radiator in just cause. My fan clutch is good. Condenser fan good.

I just want to avoid future overheating o so badly.
Possible mods?
Severe duty fan clutch in summer?
Blazer fan. Deeper pitch blades?
Additional rad on roof?

Just living in Las Vegas is a bit extreme heat wise especially out near the lake. 110deg+ average.
Maybe paranoid. But not overheated.
Thank

@DodyDisco 216 is hot but still in the normal range, in low on the flats your RPM will be higher than idle which will help with water flow so that helps with cooling. The best advice I can give you is to turn off the A/C as that adds heat, and watch for places to pull over if you get really concerned. But you stay between 210 and 220 you are really are ok assuming everything else is in good shape.

Inline thermostat mod with 180 degree thermostat would help. The stock cooling system is not great with coolant flow, inline improves it.

if yours does not have oil cooler, one should be installed along with oil temp gauge if practical-good oil temp is ~220-240*,overcooling the oil long term has some disadvantages, but if cooler has own fan,can switch on to lower oil temp down if coolant temp is too high. For a "death valley"extreme duty cooling system, could consider an auxillary inline electric water pump such as Davies Craig EWP to switch on and boost coolant flow if things get heated during low rpm usage.Possibly also a high power electric fan placed between the radiator and engine fan could help during low rpm-that setup most optimal if the electric fan rotates CW at front, opposite of the engine fan rotation. If the two original plastic "tee" fittings are still used for coolant hoses, verify those are still solid and not weakened from Dexcool attack-or better yet, replace with metal ones avalible

I second, I installed and oil cooler and it makes a big difference. The oil temp correlates to the coolant temp only remotely. Oil temps can be 60 degr. higher than coolant temps without oil cooler (I have an oil temp sensor). Now oil temps are 20 degr lower under exact same condition. An oil thermostat guarantees a min oil temp, e.g. when driving in winter or sailing downhill.

I looked around for oil cooler installs and see the oil filter sandwich adapter things. And see talk of already having a oil cooler on the d2 or of ports on the engine that are useable to run lines.
Filter adapter seems kinda the cheap way out. Ima keep looking.
Figure may as well have a cooler to flip fans on if needed.
How did you run yours /mounting area?

Stock ports do not work, since the bypass valve is missing. You have to get a front cover with bypass valve or use the sandwich. Sandwich is the better solution anyway, since you can get one with integrated thermostat. Here is my setup:
