Default After Heavy Rainfall, Difficult to Start

I have a 2002 Discovery II SD. I usually park in my garage overnight. Periodically, I will leave it outdoors and after a very heavy rainfall, its very difficult to start. A few times, I could not start it at all. I would have to let it sit for a few hours (or couple days) and it would start. After I get it to start, it will run very rough until it warms up..........after about 10 minutes, its runs fine. I have taken it to the LR Dealer to have it checked a couple times and after charging $300 to inspect, they can't find anything wrong. Has anyone experienced such a thing. Clearly, something is getting wet but, I can't find any evidence of rain/leakage anywhere under the hood.

Thanks

Mine does this when I take it to the wash and power wash under the hood. Spark plugs get a little wet and it misfires a little. After the water dries out it runs fine. Are your spark plugs getting wet somehow?

Bballjames, I checked under the hood but could not find any visible signs of water/moisture.
