Default Airbag suspension only working when in offroad height

Hey, was just gearing up to sell my 03 Disco, and am having some issues with the air suspension. For the record, the bags are about 4 months old Arnott airbags. When I have the truck in standard height, the suspension sags a lot on one side. When I raise the truck into the offroad height, the airbags inflate properly and evenly and it DOES NOT lose air.

Is something wrong with the configuration? One time when I went to raise the truck I got a suspension fault error, but it went away and I haven't had it since.

Could it be a ride height sensor?

Additionally, when I drive over 20mph with the airbags fully inflated (offroad mode), the truck stays in offroad mode... Strange

Sounds like a height sensor or valve block.
