Default Allmakes Coil Packs?

Hi All,

I'm chasing a P0304 code on my rover. Changed plugs, still have the issue. Went from Bosch +4 to NGK Iridium. Also running Magnacore wires. Compression tested and fine. No fluid loss. 127k.

I saw Allmakes coil packs for $49 each. Wondering if anyone has any experience with them?

Thanks!

I have never bought their coil packs but have used many parts from all makes and never had an issue. Their stuff is good quality.

I have used allmakes head bolts.
power steering pumps.
Never a problem.

You will most likely be fine with an allmakes coil - if that is the real problem.

At better then half the price of the other coil packs, I have to think they are cutting corners to sell them that cheap.

I bought the ones from British Pacific for my 99. They seemed fine. They were actually Intermotor brand with an Allmakes sticker on them. they were also only like $35 at the time. Prices keep going up. ;-)

Better recheck your prices, BP an AB are all in the $200 to $269 price range for a full D2 coil pack, and they are Bosch.

If you want to pay an extra $100 for the metal bracket, be my guest. I resused mine and bought the cheaper coil packs.

Land Rover parts, spares, Land Rover accessories - Search results for ERR6045 (the even have a genuine land rover coil pack).

If you want to overspend on the entire assembly, buy this:

Just buy one from Ebay.
Who cares if it is used.
If it works, it works.

MAGIC WORDS: "IF" it works, it works" If they were mounted over the banks, fine...but, cleverly concealed behind the intake...I'll spend the extra bucks...Life's short, the manifold's a bitch!

It's not that big of a deal, especially without SAI.
